2021 COVID PROTOCOL (BELOW)
2022 COVID PROTOCOL (TBD)
SAFETY FIRST
OUR COMMITMENT TO ARTISTS AND FANS

Like everyone else who works in the music industry, we are excited to get back to throwing events for our dedicated fans alongside our favorite artists. But after a year like the one we’ve all experienced, it’s now more important than ever to double down on our promise to keep the health, safety, and security of all of our attendees, performers, and staff members at the top of our priority list.

LIMITED CAPACITY
STRICTLY KEPT TO 20% OF MAXIMUM VENUE RATING

We will cap festival attendance at 20% of maximum allowable capacity for Sycamore Ranch. The dramatically reduced attendance cap will allow fans to feel comfortable while moving around within the park.

VACCINE CARDS, PCR, OR RAPID TESTS
MANDATORY FOR ALL FESTIVAL ATTENDEES

All attendees must present at the gate one of the following three items: a vaccine card provided by their state of origin OR a negative PCR test collected within the preceding 72 hours OR a negative rapid antigen test collected within the preceding 72 hours. The test must have been administered within 72 hours of the attendee's arrival on-site. No at-home or self-testing results will be accepted—test must be administered by a medical professional. The vaccine card must confirm that the holder has received their initial COVID vaccine 14 days or more preceding the event. If an attendee is unable to present either the card or a negative result for our staff to verify, they will be barred from entering, and their ticket will be fully refunded.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS
MANDATORY FOR ALL FESTIVAL ATTENDEES

Before gaining access to the festival grounds, all attendees will need to undergo a mandatory temperature check. Using a handheld thermal gun, a trained staff member will ascertain the ticketholder’s temperature, and if they are found to have a resting temperature above 100.4o F they will have the face value of their ticket refunded and be denied entry onto the property. If an attendee exhibits signs of a viral infection (coughing, runny nose, etc.) they will be asked to undergo another temp check.

CONSTANT SANITIZATION
HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS WILL BE PRIORITIZED
A cornerstone of the festival’s safety policy will be to task several staff members to consistently sanitize high traffic areas. This includes bathrooms, food and drink areas, and communal seating areas. Sanitation stations will be clearly marked throughout the grounds. Our staff will be handling a majority of the sanitation issues. In addition, attendees will be given a mask as well as a bottle of hand sanitizer upon entry in order to keep themselves and their fellow concertgoers safe on a personal level.

CASHLESS PAYMENT
REDUCTION IN HAND-TO-HAND CONTACT

To drastically reduce contamination in high-risk areas, vendors will be able to provide services in a cashless environment. Additionally, to eliminate contact in a high traffic area, all tickets will be purchased online and cannot be bought at the box office.

CONTACT TRACING
ESTABLISHING CHAIN OF CONTACT

In order to curtail the spread of the virus, it is essential to effectively annotate the contact information for each attendee. Following the event, infections should be reported to the festival by calling 707-336-2061 or emailing covid@theuntz.com. Establishing a clear chain of contact will mitigate the risks associated with isolated cases. Contact information for each attendee will be taken upon entry.

MASKS REQUIRED
MASKS MANDATORY FOR ALL ATTENDEES

Throughout the duration of the event, our entire staff and concertgoers will be masked. The medical team will be trained in the latest Coronavirus protocols, and if at any time an attendee feels like safety guidelines are not being followed, they can find a safety team member to handle the situation. It will be the job of the safety team to lead by example and instruct attendees in proper sanitation measures and regulations.
